The park had many thoughtful design features, facilities and amusements. We loved the tropical environment (fantastic landscaping), theme and view of the mountains.
That done with, the day just got better and better. The entrance procedure was a little chaotic especially loading the wristband with credit - but we put that down to the covid precautions and maybe being a little understaffed. We have visited all of the other major waterparks in Thailand and found Ramayana to be the best overall. My wife and I went here at the weekend and had a great time. One time experience - and would be the last time. The food are terrible, we tried few things like BBQ - so cold!

The cabana is not comfort and full of dust - we have to clean it ourselves. Staffs here are not well-trained and lack of service-minded.įor example: while we were waiting, we asked one staff at the pool to walkie talkie someone, he said: couldn't help - no walkie talkie - LOL. The park itself is large but comparing with waterbom bali, that one is a lot better, especially for the play and pace. Until I asked to see the manager, and yes she said sorry.
Īnd the stupid thing is no one ever said sorry, not a word. Totally 5 people involved, we have to wait for 35 minutes. Once she got it, then she sent someone else to unlock. Two calls to the operator to ask for help, then someone showed up and asked impolitely for the slip. We rent a cabana, the cashier asked us to walk there ourselves and said someone would open it for us.
